Joshua is a Solicitor within our Property and Commercial Department.
Joshua joined the firm as a Trainee Solicitor in 2021 and qualified as a Solicitor in 2024. He graduated with a Bachelor of Laws Degree (L.L.B) from Griffith College Dublin where he was heavily involved in the Innocence Project Ireland Programme. Joshua was the elected class representative of the Law Society of Ireland PPC1 & PPC2 Hybrid Trainee Course.
His principle area of expertise relates to commercial conveyancing. Joshua has experience acting on behalf of both corporate and private clients. Joshua has advised Landlords and Tenants in the granting of Commercial Leases, Licences, Assignments and Surrenders.
Joshua also has experience in residential conveyancing acting on behalf of both commercial and private purchasers and vendors.
Relevant experience includes:
- Acting for many Landlords of major Shopping Centres, Retail Parks, Offices and Industrial Estates in respect of all of their transactional requirements.
- Acting for corporate clients and private clients in the sale and purchase of both commercial and residential property.
- Assisting in the purchase of a major Shopping Centre.
